Search Terms
When a name, county, or other search term is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Henrico County Inmate Population does not keep a separate local log of those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If a visitor emails us or sends a contact message, the message and reply address may be kept long enough to review and respond. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or a valid legal process.
